Shipping
We ship within the US. First time orders take one to two business days to custom formulate. You can expect your order to arrive within three to seven business days after processing.

Returns
It's a rare event, but if you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help! We offer a one-time reformulation of your petcare products if they aren't perfect for your dog. Simply reach out to us at support@guyerlachs.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

how to apply

  • 3. mix the formula

    Your customized shampoo comes in a highly concentrated formula in a 4oz bottle. A 12 oz mixing bottle is included.

    Right before the bath, add the formula concentrate to the mixing bottle, fill to the top with warm water, and shake it up.

  • 2. apply from head to tail

    Using the entire bottle, apply the shampoo from head to tail. Massage into the coat using your fingers or a rubber bath brush.

  • 3. rinse

    Make sure you rinse thoroughly to keep the coat clean and free from build up. Start at the top of your dog's body, and rinse downward.
